Great idea. Get the right paint for the job – if the blinds are plastic, they make spray paint for plastics now.
Remove the blinds from all the cords. You should be able to untie a knot at the bottom, and slide the blinds right off. Wash them, lay them out, and spray. When they are dry, run the cords back through and re-tie the knot.

Step 1: Obtain pink spray paint
Step 2: Remove blinds from window and hang them outside
Step 3: Apply an even coat of paint to blinds
Step 4: Allow paint to dry
Step 5: Repeat any of the above steps as necessary
Step 6: Re-hang blinds in room
Step 7: Clean up your mess
I would recommend removing the blinds from the strings, kind of tedious work but easy enough, (if they are like the mini blinds Lowes has), lay on newspaper spray with a good quality paint, (don’t paint them in direct sunlight), allow to dry thouroughly, (a few hours) flip them all over, paint the other side allow to dry thougroughly and reassemble. Unless you have too much money don’t bother with they have high prices, but they are custom built for you…
